A trade worth learning, taught by people worth learning from.
Our shop builds architect-specified millwork for homes meant to last generations. That standard only holds if we grow the craftsmen who keep it — so we teach deliberately, and we promote from the bench.
Master craftsmen as mentors
You learn on the floor beside people who have spent careers resolving details other shops decline. Nothing here is taught from a binder.
Work worth signing
Architect-specified millwork for homes that will stand for generations — paneled libraries, concealed jib doors, stair and cabinetry work built to drawing.
A real path, not a job
Our apprentice track is structured: defined skills, defined progression, and a route toward lead craftsman and shop leadership.
Equipment that respects the work
A well-lit, well-tooled shop with modern machinery and CAD-driven fabrication — precision you can feel in every joint.
