Architectural Millwork Drafter

Ellis-Reid Millwork & Specialties is growing, and we’re expanding our drafting team to support increasingly complex, high-end architectural millwork projects. We are seeking a Cabinetry & Custom Millwork Drafter who is detail-oriented, technically sharp, and eager to grow within a craftsmanship-focused organization.

This role is critical to how our work comes to life, from concept to production to installation.

• Produce detailed shop drawings for custom cabinetry and architectural millwork
• Translate architectural drawings and design intent into accurate, build-ready documentation
• Collaborate with production, project management, and installation teams to ensure feasibility and precision
• Maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all drawings and project documentation
• Support continuous improvement as Ellis-Reid expands its systems, software, and capabilities
  
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (industry experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate)
• Microvellum experience is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications

• $24+/hour, based on experience and skill level
