Ellis-Reid Millwork & Specialties is a craftsmanship-driven architectural millwork company specializing in high-end residential and commercial interiors. We partner with architects, designers, and builders on some of the most detailed projects in the region, where precision, fit, and finish matter.

We are seeking experienced Finish Carpenters who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company investing heavily in its people, tools, and future.

• Install high-end architectural millwork, cabinetry, doors, trim, and custom assemblies with precision
• Execute advanced finish carpentry work including:
  • Hinged, pocket, and hidden doors
  • Interior moldings and trim packages
  • Beams, coffered ceilings, paneled walls, and custom features
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings
• Collaborate closely with our shop, drafting, and project teams to ensure flawless execution
• Maintain Ellis-Reid’s standards for quality, accuracy, and jobsite professionalism
  
  

• Proven experience in finish carpentry or high-end installation work
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• $25–$35/hour, based on experience
